Hey fellow people! In case you didn't know who Ariana Grande IS, here's an image of this delightful person!:
She's one of the few famous people that make me happy. Whether it be her acting, music, or her personality, there's always a reason to love her! And don't be surprised when she loves you back! Ariana has to be one of the few celebrities that tries super hard to follow as many fans on twitter as possible!
Since the day she appeared on Victorious saying her first catchphrase, "What's that supposed to mean?!" I fell in love with her! (no homo, I'm asexual). And so did a LOT of other people. Especially when she sang for the first time on the show, with a voice that beat the star of it!
How about we roll back to the first episode of Victorious? Look how young she is!
Despite all the love of Ariana Grande, many people are feuding about the changes in her character between Victorious and onto Sam & Cat, Nickelodeons latest hit TV sitcom produced by, yet again, Dan Schneider.
If you haven't noticed the subtle yet significant differences in the personalities and actions, take a look at this chart here:
Victorious:
♥Easily Offended
♥Wild yet creative and unique clothing
♥Overemotional
♥Used the catch phrase "What's that supposed to mean?!" a LOT.
♥Very flirty with boys (She liked to poke their stomachs, and remember the episode where she danced with a bunch of guys while the rest of the Victorious crew was locked in an RV)
♥Loved wearing High Heels and makeup
♥Talked in lower-toned voice.
*(Note that towards the end of Victorious, Cat's personality changed to be similar to Sam & Cat)*
Sam & Cat:
♥Less Offended
♥Clothing is more conservative and more "Girly"
♥Cat appears to be the same with emotions, but is more lovable and wants to help everyone.
♥Cat doesn't seem to use the catchphrase anymore, but only 8 episodes have been aired to support this statement.
♥As far as the 8 episodes show, Cat has not been in school yet (episode 9's promotion shows a scene at the theater class from Victorious, so perhaps more evidence can be shown), so it appears she is not flirty with boys as much as before.
♥Cat has shown so far no High Heels, and only her pair of shoes which are flats, converse, and vans.
♥Cat now has a more adorable high-pitched voice, fitting her less mature yet cute personality.
(Remember, more episodes still need to be aired so the evidence of change may change)
What do you think of the "New Cat"? Comment down below! I personally love both versions, but I think I like the new one more! It reminds me of myself :D
I don't want to leave out or fellow Moonwalker, Jennette Mcurdy! Here's a pic of her!:
We've seen Jennette grow up to a beautiful young women! She's always been my favorite on iCarly, mainly for her personality! Joining Ariana and Jennette's characters was a genius idea, especially because they were already famous for their characters! Sam hasn't seem to have changed a bit with the transition from iCarly to Sam & Cat, but she does seem to have a softer heart with Cat's slow personality! Both of them are now Best Friends, which is a great improvement from Ariana's last relationships with the show Victorious...
Incase you haven't known yet, Ariana and Victorious had a minor but revealing fued online. Here's a link to more information about it: http://www.nickutopia.com/2013/02/12/ariana-grande-and-victoria-justice-feud/
It was quite a surprise, but in a recent interview on a teen magazine, it revealed Ariana had quite some trouble with a certain "female cast member" on the set. Could she be talking about Victoria? It could be anyone, but my bet is on her. She said that the certain "female cast member" made her feel uncomfortable and made her change to someone she wasn't to be accepted. She said she was very sad on the set, but was upset when they couldn't film another season of Victorious. It's sudden cancellation was indeed upsetting, but all shows have to end eventually. What made it more strange was there was no closing episode, so the show is on a cliff hanger of what would happen to the rest of the characters and what would "Close" the story.
There is however a closing for why Cat lived with her "Nona" (grandmother). In one of the last episodes it is seen that Cat was in school a lot. The reason why was because she LIVED there! As you might know her brother was mentally insane, so her parents and her brother moved to a hospital out of state. Cat was supposed to be living with her Uncle, but hated him so she ran away! She then moves in with her grandmother and that starts the story of Sam & Cat.
Here's your questions of today's post:
1. Do you prefer the old or new Cat?
2. Do you think Ariana didn't like Victoria Justice?
3. Do you like the new show Sam & Cat, and do you miss Victorious?
Comment below you answers! Love you and have a great day!
